Haven't been here last few days but wanted to post a few comments and pics. First, I can only remember the crowd being that insane at the Lucas show a few years ago. Craziness. At 5:00 the line to get in the main gate was already snaking its way down the main driveway. By 5:30 it was all the way to Kortwright Road. Wow. Racechaser and I went into the pits and avoided the line. Good to see Nate L among others. I still think the owner of the car Lobb drove needs to put Nate in it instead. Facilities looked great. Amazing what new roofs and a fresh paint will do. Look forward to their continued improvements. Food was good. Lines were bad obviously, good problem to have I guess. Track was dusty and dry but held up nicely. After the sun went down racing got better. LM feature was entertaining with Barton jumping out to a nice lead. Unfortunately the race wasn't 20 laps long and Chub eventually caught him passed on the high side. Blair had been looking like the strongest car though and it was only a matter of time before he got them all. Really enjoyed watching Knight use the high side to some from mid pack to 3rd. Good racing overall. Nice to see there are time limits that will be enforced. Anyway, took a few photos for you Keith.

Can't believe I missed the Weinermobile! Thanks for the pics. Wish I could have been there. You know of a late model video that exists? The feature?

How cool was it to see Barton and Chub on the front row after all of these years?

My bad. Up front is more like it.

RA, can we talk him into filming from the press box instead of ground level pit entrance?
