So what's going on here? Been away from racing a bit, ready to jump back in. Latest I'm hearing here at work is insurance still not procured. If that is the case, the lease agreement becomes null and void after opening night. (which they can't run without)
Also hearing their insurance woes have caused them to be sued by an injured snowmobiler.
You guys hearing any of this?

You have it all correct so far and National Grid pulled the plug for non payment, Seems to love dragging his feet paying bills, pays only when he has no choice, not a good way to run a Business !

Post i found on Facebook, Author pretty much hit it right on the head - " I know i'm beating that dead horse but I keep hearing that STM doesnt have enough insurance and are not allowed on the speedway property. reason being they lacked insurance last year or winter and now have pending lawsuits therefore are uninsureable. sunny and 70 or snowing and 25 there would be no racing. Kind of makes sense when even singing auditions were even cancelled because of wet ground. "

Hard to say Stevertp, drove by tonight about 6:30, saw a few cars by kart track, some people standing around, maybe they are going to get that ready, no action or anything going on at the big track, wait and see i guess? Other than that have heard nothing new.
